Dental Savings Plan

 

Our practice if offering Dental Savings Plans for patients without dental insurance witch are designed to provide affordability and greater access to quality dental care.

CHILD PLAN (12 & younger)

$299 – Annual Premium per Individual

- Professional dental cleanings (2/year)

- Doctor exams (1-2/year)

- Needed intraoral x-rays

- One emergency exam per year (if needed)

- Fluoride treatment

- 20% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)

 

ADULT PLAN (13 & older - for patients without periodontal diseases)

$349 – Annual Premium per Individual

- Professional dental cleanings (2/year)

- Doctor exams (1-2/year)

- Needed intraoral x-rays

- One emergency exam per year (if needed)

- 20% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)

 

PERIO PLAN (for patients enrolled in active periodontal maintenance due to prior treatment for periodontal (gum) disease)

$479 – Annual Premium per Individual

- Perio maintenance cleanings (3-4/year)

- Doctor exams (1-2/year)

- Needed intraoral x-rays

- One emergency exam per year (if needed)

- 20% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)

*Membership is valid for one year and no refunds will be given if the participant decides not to utilize the Dental Saving Plan program during the active period.
